Fusion vs. Cinematic
Some couples know they absolutely want video coverage for their wedding…and for good reason: Not having wedding video is the biggest regret couples have after their wedding day is over. We have been in this business a long time and have heard feedback from both sides. Yes, it’s true that you save some money by NOT hiring video, but you also don’t have anything to watch years down the road. Eventually you will have a family of your own and the video(s) from your wedding are sure to bring lots of laughter and happy tears to you and your loved ones.
Wedding video is an investment.
It’s not necessarily something for the “here and now”, but rather video is something you can watch over and over again both now and in the future and it will bring you right back to the day when it all started. Here at Story Art Weddings we off three styles of video coverage:
Documentary Edits - Two cameras on tripods to capture your ceremony, grand entrance, speeches, first dances, bouquet toss, and garter dance in their entirety.
Fusion Videos - A blend of video + still images + audio. Not too many companies offer fusion videos, so it is truly a unique way to relive your special day.
Cinematic Feature Films - The most compelling wedding video you can have from your wedding. It’s more than a “highlight” video, it’s a storytelling masterpiece!
The following comparison charts show some of the differences between the different styles of video we offer.
